We believe that when a brand has a vision, they deserve the support to bring it to life - beautifully, strategically, and with clarity.
But truthfully, we didn't always have the clarity on our own vision that we have now. Like many of the founders, and brands we now work with, we began with big ideas, SO much creative energy, and a desire to build something meaningful. We didn't always have the structure, strategy, or confidence to match our purpose, when it came to our own communications.
It took reflection, and some bold decisions to evolve into the brand we are today. We’ve made the shifts. From content for content’s sake, to content that’s completely aligned with our vision, built with intention, and effective. And now? We guide our clients through the same transformation.
TMS exists to support ambitious brands stepping into a clear, powerful presence. One that reflects who they truly are, and where they’re going.
Our Founders Story
I never thought I would own a creative marketing agency, but I always knew these three things:
I wanted to work with passionate people, I wanted to tell stories, and the greatest validation for me was seeing people find a new sense of confidence and love for their brand, and within themselves.
Looking back now, it all makes sense.
The Media Society started with an idea and the recognition of a need -
What if we could help businesses feel heard, and grow in the daunting and ever changing evolution of social media?
What if we really got to know a business, as though we were internally employed?
What if we could work with passionate businesses and streamline their marketing so they could show up where they needed to?
What if we could take the stress away from business owners and help them fall in love with the brand again?
What if our story was more powerful than a transaction? What if our story was a feeling?
Long story, short - TMS is more than a business to me, it has completely shaped my life, my confidence, my love for people, and ultimately my purpose. I’ve been lucky to make a life doing what I love - it makes every challenge worth it, it makes every client win the greatest feeling.
My vision for TMS and my team is to continue to fill the room with ideas - to help others with a vision and a purpose, to see faces light up when they feel that ‘OMG this is us’ moment and to help people launch or grow their brands, thoughtfully.

HEAD OF CLIENT STRATEGY
I’ve loved telling stories for as long as I can remember. I’ve been a fanatic reader and creative writer since primary school, and craved a career that allowed me to imagine, write and create. Social media quickly captivated me as a dynamic, accessible space where ideas could be shared with the world in real time.
I began my marketing career in a fast-paced tech startup and later moved into boutique PR and social media agencies. Since joining The Media Society in 2023, I’ve thrived working across our diverse client portfolio, energised daily by the people we collaborate with and the fresh thinking our tight-knit team brings to every project. My work is driven by fostering lasting relationships with our clients. TMS fuses my love of writing, interpersonal skills, knack for organisation and attention to detail.
Ella Previtali
CONTENT SPECIALIST
I’m a creative soul with a soft spot for stories that matter. I love turning ideas into visuals that feel alive, capturing the essence of a business and what makes it unique. I believe great visuals can do more than just catch someone’s eye. They can inspire, connect, and leave a lasting impression. That’s what drives me as a storyteller.
My background in fashion and photography gave me an eye for detail, but it’s my adventurous spirit that keeps me inspired. I was raised in Rio and seven years ago I made Australia my home. When I’m not crafting visuals, you’ll find me chasing sunsets, camping by the coast, or surfing, letting adventure and nature shape my next big idea.

I am the go-to girl for support across our vibrant client portfolio. I bring a deep respect for the unique stories and people behind every brand we work with.
With a background in some of Australia’s leading fashion retailers, I’ve developed a strong eye for aesthetics, style, and creative direction. I thrive on set, with an eye for all the little details, and sparking ideas that help create an energy that delivers the best content.
My experience in boutique PR and real estate has shaped my proactive mindset and sharpened my written communication skills, especially when it comes to crafting messages that resonate and represent our clients with intention.
Lauren De Andrade
CREATIVE STRATEGIST
I'm a creative marketer with over a decade of experience in digital and brand marketing, working across campaigns, content, and strategy. My background spans international fashion brands and fast-paced creative environments, where I’ve led projects that blend aesthetic impact with smart, strategic thinking.
With a Master’s in Marketing and years spent deep in the industry, I bring a strong foundation in strategy - from brand storytelling to digital performance. I love connecting the dots between data, ideas, and execution to deliver work that resonates and performs.
After a short break to welcome my daughter, I joined The Media Society with fresh energy and perspective. Since then, I’ve proudly become the go-to creative strategy girly.
