On Record is a vibrant, heart-led event audio business launched by Hayley and Ray, offering vintage-style phones that allow guests to record voice messages, capturing unforgettable moments that can be kept and cherished forever.

From the outset, we worked closely with the founders to shape a vibrant brand identity that captured their spirit and emotional mission. This included developing a bold, playful logo and crafting flexible, on-brand social media templates to support a DIY approach to content. We also designed thoughtful collateral like instructional signage and placemats, ensuring the product could be easily styled and seamlessly integrated into any celebration.

To launch the brand with impact, we planned & directed a high-energy studio shoot showcasing the product’s versatility across key event types, weddings, hens parties, baby showers, birthdays and more. Working alongside Hayley on styling, props, and themes, we built a visual library full of personality, and charm. The result is a cohesive, high-impact brand suite that invites people to capture their most special moments in a fun, meaningful way.

VISUAL IDENTITY, BRANDING & DESIGN.

After logo concepts were finalised, we moved onto branded social media templates. As a small start-up business, we understand that social media management from the get-go might be a little out of budget, so we have developed a service where we provide fully editable social media templates for our clients. We take the time to consult on ‘content pillars’ before developing a suite of templates for clients to simply edit and post when required. a

We also developed instructional signage and place mat concepts; an additional value-add service offered by On Record to easily style the phones at events. We assisted every step of the way, from copy, to design, to printing.

BRAND STILL’S WE’VE CAPTURED.

But we didn’t stop there - the next step was to shoot! The shoot aimed to show audiences why they need On Record at their events, along with ideas on how to style the product and all the fun they can have while leaving their special message! We opted for a studio shoot, created an extensive shot list involving multiple themes such as Hens parties, weddings, baby showers and birthdays, and worked with Hayley to organise styling items and props to make the most of the shoot. We are OBSESSED with the result.
