Our Founder’s Story
I never thought I would own a creative marketing agency, but I always knew these three things:
I wanted to work with passionate people.
I wanted to tell stories.
And I loved seeing people rediscover confidence in their brand, their ideas and themselves.
Looking back now, it all makes sense.
The Media Society started with an idea and the recognition of a need.
What if we really got to know a business, as though we were internally employed?
What if we really got to know a business, as though we were internally employed?
What if we could help businesses stay ahead of the curve, and prove relevancy time and time again?
What if we could take the stress away from business owners and help them fall in love with their brand again?
A huge part of what I love most is the people. Drawing connections between big brands and local businesses. Spotting opportunities for collaboration. Bringing the right ideas and people together at the right time. Helping brands move beyond screens and into spaces where genuine connections are built.
TMS has shaped more than just my career - it’s shaped my confidence, creativity and sense of purpose. I feel incredibly lucky to do work I love, and even luckier to share in our clients’ wins.
My vision for TMS and my team is to continue to fill rooms (and feeds) with ideas - to help others with a vision and a purpose, to see faces light up when they feel that ‘OMG this is us’ moment and to help people launch or grow their brands, intentionally.
Because when strategy, creativity and activation come together - that’s when brands don’t just get noticed.
They’re remembered.

Creative communications, for us, is about precision, knowing what to say, how to say it, and where it will be received.
With over a decade of experience working across brand and culture, we understand what captures attention, and how to sustain it. Our approach is both strategic and instinctive, grounded in insight but led by creative perspective.
We don’t believe in disconnected outputs. Every piece of content, campaign, every event & partnership is considered as part of a larger narrative, designed to build consistency, relevance, and long-term brand value.
Rather than chasing noise, we focus on clear connection. We shape ideas that feel culturally aware, visually elevated, and emotionally resonant, ensuring brands don’t just show up, but leave a lasting impression.
